Christopher Pineda currently serves as the Assistant Director to the David O. McKay Center for Intercultural Understanding. He served under the former Director Chad Ford and is now serving along side Michael Ligaliga. Although Chris is now full time Assistant he previously served as a Field Director over the weMalama and weFacilitate areas of the McKay center, overseeing various projects in the community and different workshops and mediations on campus. The passion he has for seeing change within organizations, and specifically people, is what drives him. One of his main responsibilities right now is looking after all of the Arbinger projects going on within campus and community. He is currently working within the school government, the athletic department, PCC and various other groups on camps and throughout the community. Helping these groups develop a responsive culture and structure through using tools such as Arbinger and Mediation. He is a Founder of a student ran mediation firm, GrassRoots Mediation. He loves what he does.
Chris has a wife named Makenzie and a baby on the way, he plays for the schools soccer team and hopes to continue his soccer career overseas after he graduates in a year. He also has other potential job opportunities in the mediation and peacebuilding sphere, he hopes to become a full time employee of The Arbinger Institute as well. Graduate school is on his radar as well as many other things. He loves life and loves to help other people.

I'm Ashley Rae Kempler. I was raised in Bluffdale, Utah. I graduated with my associate's degree from Dixie State University and then transferred to Brigham Young University Hawaii.
